At SUBE STUDIO 25, we ship all orders directly from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, using trusted international carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Europe & UK: 5–10 business days

• Middle East & Canada: 7–12 business days

• South America & Asia: 7–14 business days
  (Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs procedures and local delivery conditions.)

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on orders over 150€ / $165

• For orders under this amount, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Customs & Import Duties
Please note: Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Undeliverable Packages & Refusals
If a package is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address or unpaid duties, any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once marked as delivered, SUBE STUDIO 25 is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order or choose a secure delivery option.
